Prescription Network Administrative Fees
When you present a Leaderboard Rx savings coupon at a participating pharmacy counter and purchase your prescription, the pharmacy pays a transaction processing fee to the discount card network (such as RxGo or SingleCare) for bringing them a cash customer. The network shares a portion of that administrative fee with us. You pay nothing extra.
Zero Pay-to-Play Rankings (Never Sponsored)
Pharmacies cannot buy their way to the top of our leaderboard. Our rankings are determined solely by objective metrics: lowest estimated out-of-pocket price, travel convenience, and user preferences. Even if Pharmacy B pays higher affiliate commissions, if Pharmacy A has a lower price for your medication, Pharmacy A wins the Gold Medal.
We NEVER Sell Your Personal Health Data
Legacy discount apps often monetize patient search queries, browsing habits, and medication regimens by selling anonymized cohorts to pharmaceutical marketers or data brokers. Leaderboard Rx refuses this business model. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal health info (PHI) or medication history to any third party. Ever.
